I am a certified Health & Nutrition Coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise, and a 200-hour Yoga Instructor.
I am honored and privileged to be welcomed into people’s lives and be part of their wellness journey. The work I do with clients can be tough, vulnerable, intense and challenging. But it can also be inspiring, life-changing, empowering and fun too!
When I’m not working, I love cooking, Crossfit, hiking, tennis, Netflix, and reading. I literally geek out on anything nutrition, fitness and wellness related! My best friend Maggie, my Black Lab, is always in tow. I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and take advantage of its wonder whenever I can.
